Cancellation & Change Request Policy
All Momentum Good LLC Counseling & Coaching Services must be cancelled or changed by the client at least 1 week before a booked service or appointment in order to avoid cancellation fees. The client may make such changes or cancellations independently via Square or via contacting Momentum Good LLC via phone or email.
Appointment cancellations or change requests made with less than 1 week of notice can only be made via phone or email and may be charged a cancellation fee of at least 50% of the original booking cost.
If cancellation or change of service is requested with less than 24 hours notice, a cancellation fee equal to the full cost of the service or appointment will be charged and will not be refunded (this includes appointment no shows). Any additional services will require additional payment to confirm reservation.
